“After looking on line at multiple apartment complex's and their pictures which do not match reality it was a breath of fresh air to pull into The Vinings at Palm Bay. From the manicured landscaped entrance to the clean freshly painted buildings this is a great place to live. The residents are an eclectic mix, ranging from college students to family's. The complex has 2 clean sparking pools, a fitness center and multiple laundry facilities not to mention a car wash area. I would highly recommend The Vinings, it is a comfortable place to proudly call home.”
“For what it's worth it's not as bad as some of the reviews say it is. I Never have seen any criminal activity except the occasional trespasser that the staff dealt with. All the amenities are well maintained and well kept.The apartments are older but still nice. The staff and Maintenance Crew are very friendly and well trusted. The only draw back is that some of the appliances are a bit dated. The grounds and parking lot are well kept up. Overall The Vinings At Palm Bay is a great community to live in despite a few bad apples. The prices are very competitive.”
“I like my apartment complex because it has beautiful landscaping and the rental office repond quickly to maintanence requests and leave a note stating what they did. We have a pond and it has lots of turtle, my son loves going to feed the turtles.”
